Help! I can't login!
This is usually because your password or username is not correct, although sometimes you can be automatically blocked due to too many failed login attempts. Don't worry, this is only a temporary security measure.
The username should be the email address that you joined with. This is automatically taken from your payment process and so will always be whichever email you have used during the joining stage.
Your password will have been emailed to you when you first signed up.
Don't forget to always check your junk mail folders, especially if you use Gmail, and also manually search your emails for the joining details that are sent to you.
If you don't have your password to hand then you can use the 'forgotten password' feature here:
Simply go to that page and follow the instructions after clicking the forgotten password link.
